Consultation…

 

For any bathroom renovation or new build project a consultation is your start point.  I am available in person, via phone call, email or Zoom meeting if required.  

 

It is important to discuss your needs, preferences and project scope first hand.  With renovations I will need to conduct a measure of the space to ensure accurate planning and design.  This also allows us to discuss your vision, budget and any specific requirements you may have.  Alternatively I can create a personalised bathroom design if you are unsure of what direction for your project.  It is crucial that we optimise your space as well as provide functionality while achieving pleasing aesthetics.

 

If your project is a new build I am able to work directly from the architectural plans and am open to local showroom visits if you require.

 

Projections…

 

Information obtained from your consultation is collaborated to a schedule file.  From here I will send to you my ‘initial thoughts’ on how to make the most of your space.  This includes images and a rough sketch to ascertain I am aligning with your project direction.

 

Using the information gathered at your consultation, I will present my ‘initial thoughts’ and conceptual ideas.  This will include a rough sketch and digital representations that outline potential design directions ensuring I align with your project vision.

 

It may be at this stage you wish to pop into a showroom to view products selected or look at further options, I can be available to offer guidance should you require assistance.

 

Design…

 

Upon your approval of the initial concept I will proceed to develop a detailed floor plan with the specifics of your project.  This plan includes precise layouts, product placement and finer details according to the agreed upon design direction.

 

Functionality, usage and design are re-defined to maximise space and optimise your preferences. A 3D rendition will provide you a visual guide of your project and offers an opportunity to make any adjustments prior to construction if required.

 

For all new build projects I will collaborate all the details as per the architectural plan supplied and provide any further suggestions to optimise space, functionality and aesthetics.

 

Handover…

 

Once all details are finalised and approved I will create a ‘Product Schedule’ (an emailed file with all of the selected products required to achieve your bathroom design plan) for your reference.  Your Builder/Plumber will receive a copy as well including a ‘Specification File’ outlining all the details of selected products to ensure a seamless project.
