Design Pricing…

 

For clients based locally (within a 10km radius of Kerikeri) an initial consultation at your home/site/showroom to discuss your upcoming project. I will enquire about your usage and any specific requirements you may have, also any direction for your project.

Out of area clients are welcome to have a consultation via phone call, email or Zoom, just whichever works best for you.  Travel to certain Northern areas is also available at a per kilometer rate.

You will receive documentation of our discussion’s, a product schedule of possible items and an estimation for the complete bathroom design.  If you require me to project manage your bathroom then this will be a separate estimation.

 

In home/Site Consultation                                   $250.00 + GST 

(Includes one hour onsite, one hour preparing sketches and one hour to present, zoom meetings for clients out of area)     

(Travel charges per kilometer may apply)          $1.30 + GST

Flat fee for Zoom Meetings (max 1 hour)         $75.00 + GST

Project Coordination Rate per hour                   TBA

Builder / Plumber / Rental Rates available upon request.
